Take an Extreme Adventure or Just Chill at Laresio Lakeside Resort and Spa

The last weekend of February had us driving to UPLB to fetch Ralph who went on an overnight debate competition. Since February 25 was declared as an official holiday, we thought that it would be the best time to spend the night at a resort in Los Baños. It was a last minute decision so I failed to reserve us a room at the Makiling Onsen Spa. Thankfully, Laresio Lakeside Resort and Spa was just a few hundred meters and a phone call away.

It was actually my husband first discovered Laresio Lakeside Resort and Spa. He saw a viral post on Facebook about it and tagged me. I didn't realize that it was also located in Los Baños until our car drove past its signage along the highway. Luck was on our side when I booked because there were still a few rooms available. As the night passed, we saw guests coming and checking in the rooms beside ours.

Celebrate the holidays with the family at Oakwood Premier Joy-Nostalg Center Manila

My son's school choir was invited to sing at Oakwood Premier Joy-Nostalg Center Manila as part of the hotel's Christmas Traditions and Treats promos for the holidays. The Niños de San Francisco of Lourdes School of Mandaluyong sang Christmas carols at the lobby. After the program, we were introduced to Oakwood's promos for the holidays. (Just click on the photo above to read more details about their treats.)

My boys and I went up to the Oakroom International Restaurant and Bar at the 6th floor for dinner. I was quite surprised on how reasonable the prices of the food were compared to other hotel restaurants. Our total bill was around Php 1,200 and each of us already had full meals. Not bad for having good food in a quiet and warm ambiance. It really is perfect for families who are looking for an intimate place to talk to each other while having dinner.

The Oakwood Premier Joy-Nostalg Center is located at 17 ADB Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City.

Food looks stylish and yummy. But they invited your boys, they should have given them meals or snacks.

Happy and prosperous New Year to you and your loved ones. Regards to Marie :)
